Location: Hybrid (San Francisco CA or Houston TX)

What Youll Do
As a Recruiter at Hearst Newspapers youll partner with hiring managers and business leaders to source attract and hire top talent across editorial sales product marketing and more. Youll bring energy creativity and strategy to every search while delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles across multiple markets
- Collaborating with department leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through creative and targeted outreach
- Owning the candidate experienceensuring transparency communication and care throughout the process
- Using data and insights to inform recruiting strategy and continuously improve results
- Staying ahead of industry trends to help evolve our talent acquisition approach

What You Bring
- 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for both corporate and creative roles is a plus
- A data-informed mindset and comfort using metrics to guide decisions

In accordance with applicable law Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in California. The reasonable estimate is between $90000 to $105000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in California. If this role is open to candidates outside of California the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidates starting salary will be based on a number of permissible non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skills and experience training certifications and education.
