PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday July 1st 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday August 4th 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.
What you can expect:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. This role will be part of a structured 3-year Investment Analyst Program designed to provide hands-on experience in your designated business line.
Within our Originations business you will be responsible for assisting investment professionals in analyzing and securing loans. This includes responsibility for all phases of evaluating new investment opportunities including cash flow modeling property valuation sensitivity analysis market research and credit analysis. You will also help manage deals throughout the due diligence and closing process.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate debt investment opportunities across all property types structures risk profiles and geographies. Analyze economic market legal and political conditions within an investments geography.
Create cash flow models Argus models sensitivity tables rent roll analysis waterfall models and other financial analysis required to evaluate pursue and close debt investment opportunities.
Assist senior professionals in leading the due diligence and closing processes for originations in conjunction with the portfolio management team.
What youll need:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
Minimum GPA of 3.0

Itd be a plus if you had:
Finance Economics or Real Estate majors preferred but not required
Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: The salary range for this role is $80000 to $85000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program whereby an award if any depends on various factors including without limitation individual and organizational performance.
