Job Description
Job Title: Treasury Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Independence OH 44131
Compensation: Up to $140000 annually Full Benefits

Overview:
Our client a leader in the plastics product manufacturing sector is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead a team of five and oversee core treasury operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in cash management multi-currency operations and investment strategy who thrives in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cash management ensuring adequate liquidity across operations
Lead cash forecasting investment activity payments and short-term borrowing strategy
Supervise mentor and develop a team of 5 treasury analysts and specialists
Manage relationships with banking institutions including fee negotiations and service contracts
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives and executive decisions
Deliver insight through monthly financial forecasting and trend evaluations
Collaborate with accounting audit and other cross-functional teams on finance initiatives
Maintain and enforce treasury internal controls account access and compliance documentation
Ensure ongoing compliance with loan covenants credit facilities and investment policies
Oversee issuance and tracking of letters of credit and performance bonds
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
7 years of experience in treasury and/or corporate finance
3 years of direct management experience
Hands-on experience with investments and multi-currency treasury operations
Strong analytical strategic thinking and leadership skills
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Kyriba experience is a plus

Hybrid schedule at the Independence OH location ( 1 day work from home)
