The Opportunity
PwC is one of the leading professional services firms in the world offering industry-focused: Tax Assurance (Audit) and Advisory (Business Consulting) services for the largest public and multinational companies.
This is a great opportunity for a Tax Professional to be involved in a variety of interesting challenging and diverse projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant with a specialized focus on Environmental Tax and consultancy to join our team.
What you will be doing:
Build relationships at a senior level and be seen as a trusted business advisor.
Be involved in various projects together with the Fiscal Authorities.
Environmental tax fund (compliance reporting audits representation of the client during fiscal inspections).
Assisting clients (Romanian and international companies) on specific tax areas such as: Indirect taxescustoms environmental tax.
Develop the clients portfolio and actively participate in conferences workshops and other business events.
Plan and lead multiple engagements.
Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential.
What we need from you:
University degree.
Relevant experience in environmental engineering / environmental protection with a focus on environmental taxes and contributions.
Relevant experience in conducting environmental due diligence environmental compliance audits and general environmental consultancy matters.
Strong knowledge of environmental tax laws and regulations.
Prior supervisory experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (Word Excel Power Point).
Fluency in English.
