Technical Architect / Pod Lead
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and implementing Data
Solutions on Azure platform leveraging Azure data services and embracing event-driven
architecture principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform considering
scalability performance and security.
- Utilize Azure data services including Azure SQL Database Azure Data Factory and Azure
Synapse Analytics to create comprehensive and efficient data architectures.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of data
solutions ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them
into effective data architecture solutions
- Lead creation of Proof of Concept and Demos for PwC Clients.
Qualification:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azurespecifically in designing and implementing data
solutions.
- 10 years of experience in Software development and 5 experience in architecting
solutions based on Azure based data services (Azure Data Lake Azure Databricks or
synapse Python Apache Spark ETL BI and Analytics Concepts)
- Good understanding of event-driven architecture principles and practical application
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in
cross-functional teams
- Must have: Azure Databricks/Synapse Azure Data Factory Python Data Platform
Architecture
- Nice to have: Azure ML/MLOps Kubernetes; Containerization technologies such as
Docker Kubernetes; Devops technologies such as Azure DevOps Jenkins Terraform
puppet or equivalent; Pre-Sales Architecture
