Job Description

You have a strategic mindset are a strong collaborator with outstanding analytical project business management and financial orientation. You will organize and manage key business priorities. The Chief of Staff will interact with executive leadership to structure workflows and will lead various projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable business insights including strategic and long-range planning processes financials and business performance.
The position reports to the VP Carrier Excellence & Manufacturing Technologies and is located in Germany.

Your impact

  • Manage department and organizational reporting of Carrier excellence & Manufacturing Technologies transformation initiatives including developing action plans and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications/presentations.
  • Lead daily operations including organizing corporate events and workshops strategic supplier visits staff meetings KPI reviews.
  • Improve current team processes and execute sustainable initiatives by leveraging change communication and strong relationships with the executive team
  • Creation of dashboards and ownership to visibility to drive insights and execution by the business
  • Compiles actions list from business review and drives follow-up actions across stakeholders.
  • Reviews and presents plans and progress reports to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.

Who you are

You have first-class interpersonal and analytical skills a strong sense of duty a strong entrepreneurial mindset and an enthusiasm for innovative technologies. To ensure that you are successful in your job we are also looking for:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in supply chain engineering finance or business
  • 4 years of program management or business operations experience
  • Knowledge in lean practices and transformation projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs specifically PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiar with problem solving of complex challenges in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives in a global organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences
  • Fluent in German and English Spanish desirable
