Are you Interested in a career in Technology If so the Womens Advisory Program is for you!

We are excited to announce the return of Womens Advisory Program to address the gender disparity in the technology sector and empower the next generation of tech leaders. This program aims to provide students with mentorship resources and networking opportunities that are crucial for their professional growth and success. Through this program we hope to inspire more students to pursue careers in technology drive innovation and contribute to an inclusive industry.

The Womens Advisory Program is a premier professional development program for outstanding undergraduate/college students who are looking to pursue a technology career. Students will have the chance to learn from and build relationships with some of RBCs best technologists.

  • The Womens Advisory Program includes three in-person events to attend workshops learn more about the organization and network with women in technology at RBC. It also includes virtual mentoring one on one with a mentor and through group sessions with senior leaders.

  • Please note: This is a mentorship and networking program nota co-op or internship.

Program Benefits:

  • A structured five-month program (September 2025 January 2026) involving in-person and virtual discovery and development opportunities as well as a thorough orientation to
  • The opportunity to match with mentors at RBC to get an inside look at what its like to work in a technical role and receive advice and support as you explore and navigate your career path.
  • Access to a network of senior leaders and junior professionals to provide candid insight support and guidance through business social events and skill-building sessions.

  • A unique experience with the chance to potentially develop a career at RBC.

Eligibility:

  • You are an undergraduate/college student currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on computer science engineering or technology.
  • You are passionate about a career in tech.
  • You are available to join us for a co-op/internship (if selected) in 2026 after the completion of the advisory program.
