Job Description
At Tappr were pioneering Digital Product Passports (DPPs) to help brands meet new regulations and unlock value from transparency circularity and traceability. As a fast-growing startup on the frontline of product data innovation were looking for a Talent & Recruitment Intern to help us find and attract the best talent out there. Tasks
Your primary goal: bring in 100 quality applicants within 3 months for Tapprs key roles.
Youll take full ownership of the sourcing and recruitment pipeline:
- Use LinkedIn and smart outreach tools to identify and approach top candidates
- Experiment with messaging job profiles and channels to optimize response rates
- Actively pitch our mission to high-potential talent
- Collaborate with the founders and team leads to define needs and refine job descriptions
- Build a scalable process that leaves a legacy not just a list
Requirements
Were looking for someone who is:
