Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Program Manager Payments
Location: Washington DC
Duration: 6-9 Months
Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise-wide effort to consolidate multiple payment gateways into a unified modern platform.
- Manage integration of fraud prevention authentication authorization and settlement across digital and in-person sales channels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders technology teams and external payment solution providers.
- Define and validate business requirements review vendor contracts and ensure deliverables meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers to align scope schedule and resources across related workstreams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies contractual obligations and industry regulations including PCI-DSS.
- Drive change management communication and testing activities to support implementation and adoption.
- Partner with credit card networks processors and digital wallet providers to optimize operational performance and customer experience.
- Support reconciliation improvements and settlement accuracy through refined business processes.
- Use data tools (Excel Access Tableau preferred) to analyze trends support decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
