Role : IT Program Manager
Location : Should be local to Minneapolis MN(2nd pref Atlanta) whos willing to work from client site for 3 days a
week

Job Description:
Functional IT Program/Project Manager with a strong background in risk management compliance and reporting to lead strategic initiatives within our financial services and business technology environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional Agile teams driving project delivery and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. PMP certification and a deep understanding of financial industry practices are essential.
- Lead and manage complex IT programs and projects across business and technology domains.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk management frameworks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting structures for stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
