Service Coordinator

Functieomschrijving
Als Service Coordinator ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten en onze Service Engineers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen of interventieaanvragen.
- Je plant Service Engineers in en volgt de afspraken op.
- Je belt klanten proactief op om jaarlijks onderhoud in te plannen.
- Je ondersteunt de administratie: van urenregistratie tot facturatie.
Profielomschrijving
- Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk.
- Je houdt van klantcontact en werkt graag in team.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en/of Frans.
- Je bent handig met computers en digitale tools.
