About the Team & Office
Join a high-performing leadership team passionate about delivering results supporting local teams and championing regional media. Our Coffs Harbour office is home to a vibrant community-driven team and is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight - so you can enjoy every second Friday off to rest recharge and make the most of beautiful coastal living.

A day in the life
As the Sales & Operations Manager youll drive the strategic and operational success of your markets by leading cross-functional teams in Content Sales and Operations. Youll be responsible for aligning local initiatives with national goals mentoring leaders and building a high-performance culture that reflects SCAs values.

Youll also be a key public face of SCA in your region - strengthening relationships with local stakeholders ensuring compliance and business excellence and representing our brands with pride and professionalism.

What Youll Need

• A confident authentic leader with high energy emotional intelligence and a strong sense of humility and transparency.

• Commercially savvy and financially literate with a results-driven mindset and a focus on sustainable business growth.

• Proven experience leading large diverse teams within fast-paced commercial environments - youre a people-first leader who knows how to deliver results.

• A natural motivator and communicator with the interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build a high-performance culture.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through change - bringing people on the journey and reinforcing the why behind every initiative.

• A strategic thinker with a strong ability to interpret financial data and business insights to guide local decision-making and drive market performance.

• A trusted relationship-builder with the ability to quickly establish rapport with key stakeholders clients and community leaders.

• Passionate about the region and invested in the local community - you understand the power of connection and representation in regional media.
