Our beautiful multi-level venue Morris House locatedon the corner of Exhibition & Little Collins Street is known for its great food live entertainment NYC-inspired basement for Melbournes best live comedy shows and city rooftop views.
As we get ready for another busy summer ahead we are expanding our team to welcome a new duty manager!This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As the Duty Manager youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our venue. Youll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee daily operations staff management and customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality management
- Experience working in a high-volume food & beverage venue
- Experience working in a fast paced venue
- Be able to work as part of time and autonomously
- Have a passion for live music entertainment and comedy!
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends
- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience with H&L desirable but not necessary
- Current RSA
