Were looking for a driven recruiter to step into a Team Leader Mining Production role at Scotford Fennessy.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant ready to gain leadership experience without stepping away from billing. Youll lead from the front running a warm and active desk in Mining Production while supporting and guiding a team of consultants to achieve success.
With long-standing client relationships and strong demand across the sector youll be stepping into a solid foundation with plenty of room to grow.
What youll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day workflow and team operations
- Mentor and support consultants to achieve goals
- Share your knowledge of clients roles and systems
- Run your own high-performing desk with a mix of existing and new clients
- Support the Divisional Manager in team performance and strategy
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Is currently a Senior Consultant looking to grow into leadership
