With a multidisciplinary team and a client-focused approach they assist both startups and established entities in navigating complex legal and financial frameworks.
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their finance team with a focus on managing the receivables ledger and supporting general finance operations.
Location: Hybrid - Msida
Responsibilities:
As a Associate Payroll your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and manage regular payroll cycles for multiple clients
- Process payroll reports as requested by clients
- Enter and manage payroll data accurately in the relevant system
- Issue statutory payroll documents such as FS3 FS5 and FS7 forms
- Handle documentation for employee onboarding and terminations in a timely manner
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all payroll-related tasks
- Assist with month-end reconciliation and payment of payroll taxes
- Support the invoicing and billing process for payroll services
- Meet internal targets and deadlines as part of the wider team
- Carry out other payroll-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level standard of education
- At least 2 years of experience managing payroll
- Familiarity with Shireburn Indigo is an asset
- Fluent in both English and Maltese; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
