Are you an experienced VIP Manager for the French market passionate about the igaming industry engaging with players and driven by results Were looking for someone just like you!
As a Senior French VIP Account Manager you will be the key point of contact for high-value players ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. This is an office-based role in Limassol Cyprus with no night shifts and the potential to earn more than 100K per year including bonuses.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients through chat email and phone
- Resolve player issues effectively ensuring a premium customer experience
- Meet VIP clients at live and streamed events representing the company professionally
- Develop and implement VIP programs and promotions to drive player engagement
- Evaluate player performance provide feedback and work towards meeting or exceeding KPI targets
Education Skills and Experience
- Native French speaker with excellent written and spoken skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- A proven track record of 4 years as a VIP Manager - French Market within igaming/online casino operations.
- Experience managing sportsbook players
- Previous experience working with VIP players in the French Market is a non-negotiable requirement
Whats On Offer:
- Basic salary up to 42K gross based on experience.
- Comprehensive bonus scheme of up to 5000/month.
- Shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 (late shifts can be worked from home).
