Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market-share of the Hungarian market. To better service their clients they will be engaging a Hungarian VIP manager. Being a native Hungarian speaker is a requirement for this role as you will not only be chatting and creating promotions for your VIPs but also take and make phone calls so your Hungarian communication skills must be top notch.
Basic salary from 2000-5900 BGN net monthly depending on seniority.
Up to 5000 BGN monthly KPI related bonus
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with VIP clients via chat email and phone
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client
- Assess and resolve clients issue
- Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
- Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
- Meet or exceed KPI target
- Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Native communication-skills in Hungarian both written and spoken
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
- Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
- Candidates with previous experience of working with VIP management for the Hungarian market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience
About this role
- Office-based in Sofia Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)
- Shifts are worked between the hours of 09:00-02:00 (no night shifts)
- Late shifts can be worked from home
- 2000-5900 net monthly salary (BGN)
- Comprehensive KPI-related bonus scheme of up to 5000 BGN monthly
- This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based apart from late shifts
