David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Workforce Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia Bulgaria.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and maintain systems and tools used for tracking employee attendance and time.
- Assess staffing needs and forecast requirements to ensure adequate staffing with appropriate skill sets for operational demands.
- Lead motivate and mentor the workforce management team fostering continuous skill development.
- Manage scheduling processes to ensure fair and efficient allocation of shifts.
- Track workforce data identify trends and make recommendations to improve staffing levels and shift configurations.
- Prepare and manage reports on key workforce metrics such as staffing labor costs and employee satisfaction while maintaining budget control.
- Partner with other departments to align workforce management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Promote continuous improvements in workforce management practices and advocate for best practices throughout the organization.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies procedures and legal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role with demonstrated leadership success.
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience and training.
- Experience in the iGaming or Live Casino sector is a plus but not required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and workforce management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict resolution and sound decision-making abilities.
- Effective leadership mentoring and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with local labor laws.
- Willingness to work shifts as necessary.
