Job Description
Focaloid Technologies is looking for a Senior or Lead C/C Developer to take ownership of core system components in a Linux environment. The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise experience working with large codebases and integration workflows and a solid foundation in Linux-based systems and security. This role also includes mentoring responsibilities and involvement in architectural discussions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design develop and maintain high-performance C/C applications

Lead code reviews and integration efforts across large codebases

Review merge requests and ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards

Automate tasks and workflows using Shell scripting; Python is a plus
-
Collaborate with QA and DevOps on integration verification and issue resolution

Analyze and mitigate Linux system vulnerabilities and performance issues

Mentor junior engineers and support technical planning and decision-making

Strong hands-on experience in C/C development (6 years)

Proficient in Shell scripting; Python knowledge is advantageous

Solid understanding of Linux systems tools and internals

Experience in reviewing large codebases and complex integrations

Good understanding of integration testing and verification practices

Familiar with Linux security concepts and vulnerability analysis

Comfortable using version control tools like Git

Experience compiling Linux packages from source

Exposure to vulnerability detection and resolution processes

Familiarity with secure coding practices and patching known CVEs
