At Black & Grey HR we re expanding our internal team and are looking for enthusiastic driven interns who are eager to explore a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Intern you will support our team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process building candidate relationships and working alongside experienced recruiters and account managers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and online profiles to identify potential matches based on job requirements.
- Support interview scheduling candidate coordination and shortlisting processes.
- Work with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.
- Help track recruitment metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in HR Business Psychology or a related field.
- Passionate about recruitment people and organizational growth.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Bonus: Interest in learning recruitment tools (experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus).
