Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to support the execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills a strategic mindset and the ability to coordinate projects across departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring our brand voice is consistent and our messaging is impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal newsletters memos and updates

  • Assist in drafting press releases reports and presentations

  • Coordinate communication calendars and project timelines

  • Liaise with departments to ensure alignment on messaging and company initiatives

  • Support the development of communication materials and corporate documentation

  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness

  • Assist in organizing corporate events and meetings


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field

  • 13 years of professional experience in a communications-related role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
