Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will play a key part in supporting our communications strategy and executing a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and public engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and storytelling with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and media kits.
- Manage and update the organizations social media accounts ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Draft and edit content for newsletters blogs and other promotional materials.
- Support the planning and execution of events including logistics coordination and outreach efforts.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop campaign ideas and strategies.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role through internships or relevant work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
