Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Instructors for our Structured Recess & After-School Enrichment Programs. This role involves leading both structured recess activities and after-school enrichment sessions including STEAM and sports programs. As an instructor you will play a key role in fostering physical activity teamwork and a love of learning among students.

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Instructors for our Structured Recess & After-School Enrichment Programs. This role involves leading both structured recess activities and after-school enrichment sessions including STEAM and sports programs. As an instructor you will play a key role in fostering physical activity teamwork and a love of learning among students.
In this role you will:
- Foster Fun and Safety: Create and maintain a lively inclusive playground environment during recess ensuring safety and enjoyment go hand-in-hand. Organize and lead games and activities for 20 students.
- Innovate Play: Coordinate the game of the day and keep recess exciting with a variety of activities that engage all students.
- Promote Positive Play: Encourage safe healthy play and positive conflict resolution by modeling good behavior and actively participating in activities.
- Inspire Engagement: Actively engage a diverse group of students in respectful and inclusive play ensuring everyone feels welcome and involved.
- Teach with Confidence: Deliver after-school enrichment lessons confidently across multiple grade levels fostering physical development teamwork and a love for STEAM and sports.
- Support Learning: Provide homework assistance and lead structured activities that enhance students academic and social skills.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in STEM Arts and/or Sports subject areas with a strong passion for working with children and inspiring young minds.
- Experience working with students in grades K-8 preferred.
- Strong classroom and group management skills.
- Ability to manage and engage larger groups of students (20).
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid drivers license or State ID.
- Ability to pass a background check via online/live scan.
- Ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs. occasionally with or without accommodations.
Details:
- Wage: $25 /hour
- Job Type: Part-time
