Role Overview:
As ourCommercial Sales Manager you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team while driving the growth of our commercial vehicle division. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who loves the thrill of meeting business needs and delivering exceptional value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspirea team of commercial sales consultants driving them to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop strong relationshipswith key commercial clients providing personalized vehicle solutions tailored to their business needs
  • Create and implement effective sales strategiesto increase market share in the commercial sector
  • Ensure your team has expert-level knowledgeof Chevrolets commercial vehicle lineup to guide customers with confidence
  • Analyze sales performance identify trends and adjust strategies to ensure objectives are met
  • Collaborate with marketingto build campaigns that generate buzz and drive commercial sales in the local market
  • Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business from commercial clients
  • Negotiate and close dealswith new and existing clients securing profitable contracts
  • Stay up to dateon industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experiencein commercial vehicle sales or automotive sales management
  • Leadership skillswith a track record of motivating and developing a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communicationand negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals
  • A results-driven approach focused on achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Familiarity with Chevrolets commercial offeringsis a plus but not a must
  • Strong organizational and time-management skillsto balance multiple priorities effectively
