- Monitoring and moderating Live chat for Evolutions games;
- Ensuring that all players behave according to the rules of the chat;
- Assist players with queries regarding the game concept rules payouts etc.
- Escalating technical issue to Customer Support when they appear in the public chat;
- Engaging with both players and game hosts to make the player experience more fun and entertaining;
- Communicating with players during service downtime;
Qualifications :
- Full professional proficiency in English and fluent in reading and writing in Tagalog. Understanding Cebano
- is a plus.
- Basic user of standard software applications including MS Office Windows etc;
- High sense of responsibility
- The ability to accurately fulfill the direct management orders and work tasks;
- The ability to work in a team;
- The ability to work in shifts (including night);
- Detail-oriented
- Customer oriented;
- Good communication skills.
