Position Overview: In this pivotal role youll serve as a guardian of TikToks community standards ensuring a positive user experience for millions of global users. Collaborating with a diverse team of moderators your responsibilities will include reviewing user-generated content enforcing platform policies and nurturing a welcoming digital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough moderation of user-generated content on TikTok meticulously adhering to platform guidelines and community standards.
- Identify and address potential violations such as hate speech graphic violence or nudity taking swift and appropriate action to maintain platform integrity.
- Engage in constructive collaboration with team members and supervisors sharing insights and best practices to enhance moderation processes.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation actions contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation workflows and strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging issues and evolving platform policies to adapt moderation approaches effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written Danish is essential complemented by at least a B2-level proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
- Sound judgment and resilience in handling sensitive content with professionalism and empathy.
- While prior experience in content moderation is advantageous it is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with moderation tools and software is a plus but not a prerequisite.
