We are looking for a seasoned SAP Implementation Leader with over 17 years of experience in delivering complex enterprise-scale SAP solutions. This role demands strategic leadership deep technical expertise across SAP modules and a proven track record of driving digital transformation through SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide SAP implementation and transformation programs ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Serve as the primary SAP advisor to C-level stakeholders providing strategic direction and roadmap planning.
Oversee the design configuration integration and deployment of SAP modules across finance supply chain manufacturing and HR.
Manage large cross-functional teams including internal staff external consultants and global delivery partners.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices governance standards and compliance requirements.
Drive change management user adoption and training initiatives across business units.
Monitor project KPIs budgets and timelines ensuring successful delivery and ROI.
Stay current with SAP innovations including S/4HANA SAP BTP Fiori and cloud-based solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in multiple SAP modules (e.g. FICO MM SD PP HCM) and integration with third-party systems.
Strong leadership in SAP S/4HANA migrations and greenfield/brownfield implementations.
Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology project governance and risk management.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certifications in S/4HANA or relevant modules.
Experience in cloud transformation SAP BTP and RISE with SAP.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices in SAP environments.
Industry experience in manufacturing retail or logistics is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML analytics or IoT integration with SAP systems.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Engineering Business or related field.
Experience :
17 years of progressive experience in SAP implementation including at least 5 full-cycle global rollouts.
