Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support our students with SEND needs. This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in teaching experienced TAs looking for flexibility or gap year students from universities. We are interested in hearing from all candidates no matter what point in your career you are currently at and we welcome flexible working arrangements (full time or part time).

• Experience of studying Mathematics Science or English would be an advantage.

Start date:

1 September 2025

Working hours:

Full-time: 08.2015:30 Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week 39 weeks of the year

Part time: Applications will be considered where the needs of the school can be met.

Contract type:

Permanent/Term-Time only

Salary:

GLF Associate 2 (22918.66 FTE)
