Job Title: AREA VALUATION MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Rainham / Medway ME8
Salary: OTE 40000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A well-established estate agency in the Medway area is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Valuation Manager.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in estate agency sales to play a pivotal role in driving new business and building lasting client relationships.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Build rapport with potential clients and vendors
- Deliver a first-class client experience
- Support and mentor team members to achieve targets
- Maintain an expert understanding of the local market
- Represent the agency professionally and positively at all times
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Estate agency experience in a valuation or management role
- Strong track record in instruction-winning
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Positive self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Well presented with a professional approach
- Knowledge of the Medway area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
