The Role:
Were hiring a People Coordinator to join our UK team and support our People Operations Manager. Youll be a key player in helping us build a streamlined people function as we look to gear up for our next stage of growth.

Soo... what will you actually be doing
- Supporting the global onboarding and off-boarding process from creating docs to keeping comms clear and friendly
- Making sure our People systems are accurate updated and working smoothly
- Be a go to for employee questions helping build trust and connection with our team
- Helping craft a unique and engaging office vibe alongside our workplace team
- Pitching in on wider people projects from process improvements system integrations and more
Requirements

- A basic understanding of People policies from probation periods to benefits
- Experience working with modern tools. Think Google HRIS and Greenhouse
- Great written and verbal communication. You can craft warm clear and human messages
- Comfortable using AI tools to support your work while not leaning on them for everything
- A natural curiosity and desire to both learn as well as ask why
- Organisations skills and the ability to stay focussed when juggling people and priorities
