Our Therapy Services team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to work South of the River
In this rewarding role you will have the opportunity to:
- Empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech language and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with families caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote effective communication swallowing and overall quality of life.
- Utilize your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research best practices and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
To succeed in this role you must possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology current registration with Speech Pathology Australia and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Exceptional communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.
