Job Duties
This position provides administrative support to the Dispute Resolution Unit and the Consumer Protection Sections investigators.
This individual will perform data entry creation of complaint files generation of letters at all stages of the complaint process file room duties including record retention coordination and other duties as assigned.
This individual will report to the Manager of the Dispute Resolution Unit and work with other members of the Consumer Protection Section as needed.
