Scheduled Weekly Hours:
32Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Liaison Float to join our growing and thriving organization. This is your opportunity to provide both customer service and effective engagement to patients while doing the work you love.
Whats Available:
.8 FTE (32 hours/week)
Shift: Monday-Friday Days (no weekends)
Hours: 6:45AM - 5PM
Location: This position floats to a variety of different locations in WI MN and IA depending on your home location.
Travel & Schedule:
Drive Time included in weekly hours - travel compensation (mileage) available.
Schedule - will know what days and where will be working at least two weeks in advance. *Flexibility needed as things have opportunity to change due to call ins etc.*
Must be available to travel to certain locations in Wisconsin Minnesota and Iowa (will depend on your home location)
What you will do:
Provide LOVE MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service.
Partner with a team of providers medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalency
1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
