We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager Liaison to join our Boston team. This role acts as a critical link between our clients and internal departments ensuring smooth communication timely project execution and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills organizational talent and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Coordinate account activities including project timelines updates and deliverables
Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback to improve service quality
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with the sales marketing and operations teams to meet client needs
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in account management client relations or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach
