Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Enrollment Management. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the Enrollment Management office supporting initiatives related to student recruitment application processing and overall enrollment goals. The role requires professionalism discretion and strong organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent administrative experience. 2 years in a professional administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (e.g. Outlook Teams). Excellent communication time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Experience in higher education or student services. Familiarity with CRM systems
