Senior Implementation Consultant Commercial & SMB (US Shift)

At SeekOut onboarding is a critical moment in a customers journeyand were looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to own and optimize that first experience. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth high-quality onboarding process for new Commercial and SMB customers in the U.S. market.

You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers Account Executives Solutions Consultants and end users to guide customers from sales handoff through go-live. Youll work in a high-touch fast-paced environment where coordination empathy product know-how and proactive communication are essential.

This role is Bangalore-based follows U.S. hours (night shift) and requires hybrid in-office presence at least three days per week.

What you will be doing:

Onboarding Execution & Coordination

• Own the post-sale onboarding experience for new Commercial and SMB accounts

• Act as the primary point of contact from contract signature through initial adoption milestones

• Coordinate internal and customer-facing onboarding timelines deliverables and success criteria

• Facilitate account setup user provisioning SSO coordination and integrations (e.g. ATS CRM)

Product Education & Enablement

• Deliver tailored onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs for new users

• Guide customers on core SeekOut features (search filters workflows messaging analytics etc.)

• Recommend onboarding paths based on customer personas use cases and goals

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Establish trust and rapport with recruiting and talent operations stakeholders

• Proactively manage expectations send reminders and unblock dependencies

• Partner with AE/CSM to ensure seamless post-onboarding handoff and success planning

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Capture feedback from onboarding journeys to improve playbooks and templates

• Identify repeatable friction points and suggest automation or enablement assets

• Contribute to internal documentation FAQs and help center content as needed

What you should have:

• 58 years of experience in customer onboarding implementation or customer success for a B2B SaaS company

• Recent experience managing onboarding for Commercial and/or SMB segments

• Deep understanding of post-sale SaaS onboarding processes account setup and product training

• Strong customer communication and coordination skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks in parallel with structured follow-through

• Prior exposure to recruiting tech ATS/CRM integrations or talent platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Gainsight Jira Google Workspace or similar

• Based in Bangalore with the ability to work night shift (U.S. hours) and a hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office)
