Online Course Administrator Reformation Bible College
Are you passionate about educational technology and committed to enhancing the online learning experience Reformation Bible College (RBC) is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Course Administrator to support and elevate our growing online student community.
As the Online Course Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for RBCs online students. From managing live class technology to supporting students with technical challenges your work will directly impact student success and satisfaction. Youll collaborate with faculty staff and student workers to deliver high-quality Christ-centered education through innovative digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As the Online Course Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for RBCs online students. From managing live class technology to supporting students with technical challenges your work will directly impact student success and satisfaction. Youll collaborate with faculty staff and student workers to deliver high-quality Christ-centered education through innovative digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support live online classes resolving real-time technical issues.
- Oversee classroom A/V technology including cameras lighting microphones and webinar tools.
- Edit and publish class recordings to the LMS enhancing accessibility and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for online student administrative and technical needs.
- Develop and maintain SOPs FAQs and communication protocols for online learners.
- Supervise A/V student employees and coordinate with campus departments to support online initiatives.
- Participate in online orientations and special projects as needed.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in technical support preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong background in A/V systems and digital classroom tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive in a digital learning environment.
- Affirmation of Ligoniers Core Statement of Faith and active membership in a reformed evangelical church.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford FL. At this time we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience geographic location and organizational needs.
