OVERVIEW:

Eucerin is a leader in the Therapeutic skin market bringing skin science & medical expertise to millions of consumers. This exciting role requires a curious individual with demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights and a passion for brand-building. This role reports into the Senior Brand Manager Eucerin Body & Baby and will work closely with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead monthly business analysis including a deep understanding of brand performance and key drivers tracking competitor activity and drivers of performance and new product tracking.
  • Marketing lead for local product development projects such as artwork refreshes and bundle packs.
  • Own and manage the brand budget including development of annual budget management of line items opening and closing POs contract approvals and tracking progress throughout the year.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plans in line with brand vision and financial objectives. This includes promotions FSIs PR and digital/social media.
  • Assist in the execution of the marketing plans for brand including promotions shopper marketing and digital programs. Brand lead for owned channels promotions & shopper.
  • Manage forecasting & delivery of sampling programs including consumer and shopper programs.
  • Support new product launches and development of innovation pipeline including market analysis volume forecasting coordinating sales samples logistics artwork sign-offs etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and go to market teams to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for top accounts. Work closely with the sales team to gain incremental distribution.
  • Lead and motivate the cross-functional teams to ensure programs are progressing on track.
  • Contribute to market share projections and forecasting to complete Sell-In and Sell-Out financial models.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience ideally in brand management on consumer products.
  • Strong analytical background experience with syndicated data (e.g. IRI Nielsen Numerator)
  • Experience in Skincare Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus.
  • Background in Business Administration MBA a plus.
  • Experience in Food Drug or Mass channels of distribution a must. Experience with Amazon and E-comm channels a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage social media marketing campaigns
