Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or 3 years work experience for technical courses Bachelors Degree for non-transferrable general education courses or Masters degree with a minimum of 18 credits in the field of study required
- Minimum of a Masters Degree with 18 credits in the field of study for transferrable general education courses
- Prior teaching experience and curriculum development experience preferred.
- Excellent people skills.
REPORTS TO: Department Supervisor Dean of Academics Vice President
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing curriculum instructing and overseeing students in delegated course(s)
- Work in partnership with the other faculty members to maintain an effective teaching team.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary set by the Watertown School Board based on number of credit hours taught. FY25 rate is $1100 per credit.
