Job Description
We often have opportunities in the following locations:
- New England region
- Chicago IL region
In this role youll take the lead on solar and BESS installation projects throughout the project lifecycle. That means working closely with clients to understand their needs planning and coordinating every phase of the project and making sure everything runs smoothly on schedule and within budget.
Youll manage procurement of key equipment like solar panels and inverters and youll guide a team of engineers construction professionals and subcontractors to bring each project to life. Along the way youll ensure compliance with all relevant regulations keep a close eye on budgets and help identify and manage any risks that come up.
When a project wraps up youll lead the close-out processmaking sure all documentation is complete evaluating the projects success and capturing lessons learned for the future.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university;
- Proven experience managing utility scale renewable energy or construction projects.
- Familiarity with solar PV systems BESS technology and permitting processes.
- Curious and active listener:You have a deep hunger to learn coupled with a willingness to think outside the box.
- Resilient and self-motivated:You are always striving to build upon previous successes
- Detail oriented:The little things matter!
