The Role
Capco is seeking experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers to join our Capital Markets team focused on post-trade transformation. Youll work with globally significant institutions to accelerate post-trade capabilities and deliver readiness for upcoming regulatory requirements like T1. This is your opportunity to shape impactful change across the full trade lifecycle.
What Youll Do
Lead analysis and solution design for T1 settlement readiness and operational resilience
Define business and functional requirements across post-trade processes
Support regulatory backlog prioritisation and transformation delivery
Translate user needs into actionable stories and acceptance criteria
Drive operating model improvements with a focus on user experience and change sustainability
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM within Capital Markets
Familiarity with post-trade operations securities settlement and T1 implementation
Knowledge of key asset classes including Equities and/or Derivatives
Ability to apply regulatory knowledge to operational and technology change
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Bonus Points For
Agile delivery experience in regulatory or post-trade settings
Broader understanding of the capital markets ecosystem and market infrastructure
Experience in Operational Risk Liquidity or Middle Office transformation
Consulting background or prior involvement in complex change programmes
Track record of managing stakeholders and supporting sustainable transformation
