Job Description

Required:ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development in complex IT environmentsStrong experience in Agile development (SCRUM)Extensive knowledge of ITSM IOM CMDB and Catalog Management modulesExcellent communication skills in an inter-team and international environmentAbility to delve into issues prioritize tasks and thrive in an environment where documentation is limitedStrong Points:ITIL/ITSM certificationExperience in a banking or large enterprise environmentExperience in JavaScript scriptingStrong autonomy rigor initiative and sound judgmentMiscellaneous:Bilingual or English requiredOverview:The ServiceNow Developer will join the Global Production Support team and be responsible for supporting and enhancing the platform in the AMER region in a follow-the-sun support model. The consultant will work within a structured IT environment for a large financial institution handling catalog development workflow creation and multi-module troubleshooting across teams located in different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and implement technical solutions based on business requirements within the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and maintain Service Catalog components (Record Producers Catalog Items)
  • Create test plans workflows runbooks and perform deployments according to Agile processes
  • Handle data imports screen creation reporting and ongoing platform improvements
  • Troubleshoot incidents related to modules such as CMDB Access Management and IOM
  • Collaborate with remote teams (notably in France) to resolve issues and align with internal policies
  • Manage workload independently and escalate when necessary using sound judgment
Soft Skills:
  • Autonomous and resourceful: able to dig investigate and ask the right questions
  • Excellent communication skills especially when working with cross-regional teams
  • Comfortable navigating limited documentation and engaging with distributed teams to gather information
  • Prioritizes tasks effectively in a dynamic support-driven context
