Business Development Executive Concierge Medicine & Self-Funded Insurance
Location: Southfield MI

What Youll Do
- Sniff Out Opportunities
Youll identify and close new business across concierge medicine and self-funded insurance. Youll know exactly who to talk toand how to make a deal happen. - Work Your Network
Build and nurture strong referral pipelines with brokers consultants HR leaders TPAs and health pros. Your phone will be buzzing (in a good way). - Make the Pitch
Deliver compelling presentations to business leaders brokers and stakeholders who are ready for a smarter better healthcare solution. - Expand Our Footprint
Use data and instinct to develop strategies that open doors in new industries and markets. - Own the Pipeline
Manage leads like a protrack everything in our CRM keep the funnel full and stay ahead of the game. - Collaborate Like a Boss
Partner with marketing clinical and operations teams to ensure our messaging is clear consistent and connected to our mission.
What You Bring to the Table
- A proven track record of B2B sales successespecially in healthcare insurance or benefits consulting.
- A strong existing network of decision-makers brokers and employer partners.
- Solid understanding of self-funded insurance concierge medicine and value-based care models.
- Excellent communication negotiation and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own hustle.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (because organization is your secret weapon).
Preferred (But Not Required) Experience
- A sharp entrepreneurial streakyou know how to build and scale from scratch.
- A collaborative mission-first approachyoure all in for the cause.
- Results-driven action-oriented and always thinking 10 steps ahead.
