Equatex provides plan administration accounting and financial reporting of employee and executive share plans services for companies and their employees globally using our own software. We support clients in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe Asia-Pacific and North America. With world-class technologies and market leading services we enable companies to deliver engaging share-based compensation across borders languages and currencies. Equatex is part of the Computershare Group and supports clients globally managing over 5 million share plan participants providing end-to-end solutions from funding instruments to administration market execution accounting and financial reporting. Oslo and Warsaw office manage Nordic clients and is the global financial reporting competence centre for accounting and financial reporting to our clients. Due to our rapid growth we are searching for candidates to join our team of highly qualified experienced and talented share plan experts.
A role you will love
This role involves joining a dynamic team responsible for delivering expert administration accounting and financial reporting services for share plans. Youll work directly with corporate clients contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our software and services and have significant opportunities for professional growth and to take on new responsibilities within the company. What will you bring to the role
Youll come with a solid grasp of work routines and procedures for administering and supporting accounting and financial reporting for employee share plans. Be Highly motivated and can excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team. While specific share plan knowledge will be gained through on-the-job training a strong foundation in accounting financial reporting and other fundamental functional knowledge is highly valued along with a solid understanding of Excel. Youll be adept at working within defined technical and operational procedures requiring proficient knowledge of their application with attention to detail. Youll also have strong customer service skills and a talent for building robust working relationships.
