What you can expect from us...
- Own the platform product vision and roadmap to support our cloud transformation toward a Kubernetes-based cloud-neutral platform
- Collaborate with platform engineers architects security and FinOps to build secure reusable and cost-efficient infrastructure components
- Drive the transition plan from fragmented AWS usage to a unified platform with clear adoption milestones and feedback loops
- Lead change management with empathy and care engaging all surrounding product teams and building trust through communication and enablement
- Define and track KPIs related to platform adoption cost optimization developer experience and operational efficiency
- Act as the primary advocate for internal customers ensuring the platform evolves based on their needs while aligning with organizational goals
- Serve as a representative to external cloud stakeholders and participate in shaping group-wide cloud and platform strategy in collaboration with other company departments
- Facilitate decision-making across stakeholder groups and champion a product mindset within infrastructure and DevOps
What we would expect from you...
- 5 years of product management experience ideally in platform DevOps cloud infrastructure or enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud-native ecosystems (e.g. Kubernetes Terraform CI/CD pipelines IAM) and tradeoffs between AWS proprietary services
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex organizational change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills from engineers to executives
- Passion for developer experience tooling and driving adoption in decentralized environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity aligning incentives and executing with confidence and care
