Our client a well-established and award-winning Canadian Construction company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Private Equity Reporting team.
This role is key in delivering accurate timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for joint venture assets supporting strategic decision-making across departments. Responsibilities
Prepare financial reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary
Monitor and forecast cash flow; provide recommendations for distributions
Support budgeting processes and prepare partner-facing presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze both quantitative and qualitative performance data
Develop strong understanding of joint venture assets and key performance drivers
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Finance Accounting Business or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience
Yardi experience advanced Excel user
Experience with financial statements
Real estate industry experience particularly in multi-residential or development
Pursuing CPA or CFA designation
