Key Responsibilities
- Cleans all back-of-house areas including operational equipment and supplies under the guidance of the Head Steward.
- Follows proper cleaning routines for service ware equipment floors etc.
- Follows proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery.
- Assists in all events set ups such as Buffets food stations live cooking stations.
- Assists in operations of the Associate Canteen for maintenance upkeep and daily operational requirements.
- Assists in events programs and activities for the kitchen in coordination with the Head steward and Chef
