Overview
Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location: Charlotte NC
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday
Compensation:$78000 - $90000 (pending experience)

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for ouroutpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
