About the Role

As a Site Engineer youll support the delivery of civil construction projects by assisting with planning documentation and on-site coordination. Youll work closely with experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely reporting while gaining valuable exposure across multiple stages of project delivery.

This role is based in the South West region of Western Australia with travel between project sites from Bunbury to Augusta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily project planning scheduling and reporting.
  • Support site documentation including production sheets and subcontractor records.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to support site operations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors suppliers and internal departments.
  • Conduct site walks and report on progress risks or issues.
  • Maintain and update project files and documentation systems.

About You

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (required).
  • Current WA Drivers Licence and White Card (required).
  • Basic understanding of engineering and construction principles.
  • Excellent organisational time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage documentation efficiently.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
