This position is located inRichmond VAand offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office and the option to work remote on Friday

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using modern Typescript React HTML .NET Core SQL Server and AWS technologies.

• Apply sound quality management methods tools and techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization

• Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with DevOps to monitor application performance and availability.

• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities trends and best practices that can be leveraged to strength CoStars technology platform and develop practices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• Track record of commitment to prior employers

• 5 years experience in web development and database technologies

• 3 years experience building large distributed API-driven systems

• Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns

• Experience using JavaScript C# SQL Server and AWS technologies

• Experience leading technical teams working through complexrequirementsand offering relevant timely technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus

• Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB orElasticSearch

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration
